During the class sessions, dance routines are combined with a Jazz Aerobic and Flexibility Intense Workout with influences of Yoga and Pilates Techniques.

We also incorporate special ‘Ab- Intensive’ workouts and have introduced the ‘Afro-Fitness Cardio workout’and “Bolly-fusion Cardio workout” in our classes.

We offer basic and intensive training in our core styles, Contemporary and Strut-Jazz, which are accompanied by the other Add-on styles that are introduced in the course to expose the students to different genres of dance. Students can choose what style they would like to specialize in and the workout pattern of the class varies depending on this choice.
